Oxford Optronix Ltd. has teamed up with ADInstruments to bring our users the ultimate in convenient data acquisition.
We are proud to announce the compatibility of our OxyLite™ and OxyFlo™ tissue vitality monitors with LabChart® by ADInstruments.
As of this month all our tissue vitality monitors will ship with a dedicated USB digital output supporting direct streaming of real-time recordings to a PC* running the popular LabChart® Pro data recording and analysis package.
Armed with a user license for the latest version of LabChart and a software Add-on (‘Device Enabler’) available for free from ADInstruments, users will be able to stream data into LabChart using nothing more than a USB cable.
Commenting on the new feature, Michael Rau, Sales Director at Oxford Optronix says, “I’m incredibly excited about this latest enhancement to our range of tissue vitality monitors. The addition of a direct LabChart interface represents a real leap forward in convenience and flexibility for our end users. Finally we can answer ‘yes’ to the long-standing customer wish for a direct DAQ software interface!”
The free LabChart Device Enabler supports automatic recognition of the specific type and model of Oxford Optronix monitor and provides a choice of pre-loaded configuration settings specifically tailored to our monitors, offering the ultimate in ‘plug and play’ convenience for users.
Simultaneous, multi-parameter recording from several Oxford Optronix devices is also supported, as is the simultaneous recording of data into LabChart alongside an existing ADInstruments PowerLab® module.
The Oxford Optronix Device Enabler is available for download today and requires LabChart v8.0.4 or later.
*PC/Windows platforms supported only
