We would like to pass on an enormous thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Customer Survey.
It has been our first in a while so it was particularly beneficial to receive feedback from those using our products on a regular basis.
After crunching the numbers, we are pleased to report that our 'gap' scores have shown clear gains in customer satisfaction in key performance areas such as perceived product performance and reliability, as well as in our handling of product support requests. The graph demonstrates our gains, where the lower the 'gap' score, the better:
We have also taken note of specific comments and suggestions offered by a number of participants and will make use of this feedback to improve our products and services going forward.
