2013 is almost over and what a momentous year it has been!
On the products side, we launched our new range of OxyLite and OxyFlo monitors; now in their third generation since their initial launch back in 1998. The dramatic performance, usability and design enhancements of these latest generation systems have been incredibly well received. And we’re not resting on our laurels - there’s more to come in 2014.
We also announced the industry’s first ‘bench-top’ hypoxia workstation, the HypoxyLab, sparking much interest among existing and potential customers alike and receiving a great response at various conference appearances throughout the year. Shipping commences in January 2014!
Early in the year, we launched our new website. The revamped design is clearer, fresher and is far easier to navigate with more information and providing regular news output. We also decided it was time to embrace social networks and have been offering bite-size nuggets of company and industry news across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+. Our pioneering efforts in social media are paying dividends with steady growth in uptake and followers. For those keen to keep their finger on the Oxford Optronix pulse, please join us by linking up or following us on any of the aforementioned platforms.
Over the summer we ran a worldwide customer satisfaction survey generating an overall hugely positive response. We are actively dissecting some of the interesting feedback received, some of which we intend to feed into our program of continuous product improvement. Thanks again to all who took part.
Stay tuned as we look forward to another year of industry firsts, product announcements and exhibition events.
